Job Description:

• Provide 1st level problem determination to standard applications and assist End User to determine whether a problem is in hardware, system software, application software, LAN media, network connection, or usage.
• Resolve the problem or request remotely, if possible, with the instructions given to the   End User.
• Forward unresolved problem or request to the proper channel of support by contacting the designated party or parties.
• Provide technical service in Penang for hardware and software issues via voice calls and email and input the service record to the helpdesk system (if any).
• Log all the tickets, both resolved on-call and escalation calls, into the helpdesk system

Working Hours:

Operating hours: 5/16 support from Monday – Friday, excludes Public Holidays.

• Two (2) shift patterns are as follows
  Monday – Friday
  7.00 a.m – 3.00 p.m. ( 1Technician)
  3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. ( 1 Technician)

• Operating hours: 1/8 support every Saturday, excludes Public Holidays and Sunday

Admin Executive

• Verify and ensure goods received are correct and perform supplier invoice entry.
• Perform labelling of goods and preparing customer invoice for goods delivery.
• Efficient and systematic document management to file Proof Of Delivery (POD) and invoices.
• Follow up with customer invoice submission and payment schedule.
• Other administrative duties as assigned by the Manager.

Required Experience:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Min. 3 years working experience in Admin.
• Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good writing and speaking in English.
• Meticulous and attention to details.
• Responsible, proactive, show initiative to learn and adapt to changes.

Job Description:

• Work closely with vendors to determine the best deals for the company.
• Prepare and process purchase orders to suppliers.
• Follow-up with the supplier to ensure on-time-delivery (OTD).
• Inventory receiving process, labeling, and updating supplier’s invoice into the system.
• Ensure no inventory discrepancy and no issues pertaining to the supplier’s DO and Invoices.
• Work closely with the Sales team; ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
• Attend to incoming discrepancies or quality issues.
• Any ad-hoc task when it is required.

Required Experience:

• Diploma or minimum 3 years work experience in the related field.
• Able to work with minimum supervision and multitasking.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, a good team player, disciplined, and committed.
• Able to speak, read and write in English. Mandarin speaker is added advantage.

Job Description:

• Experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365.
• Experience with Migration from Mail Server to Exchange Online.
• Trobleshooting skill for Microsoft 365 / Office 365.
• Skill in Microsoft Azure Infrastructure.
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting in Azure.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or minimum 2 – 3 years of work experience in the related field.
• Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, including virtual networks, subnets, firewalls, and load balancers in the cloud environment.

Job Description:

• Ability to understand customer’s requirements and pain points and to be able to analyse and propose the right solution.
• Plan, design, install, test, implement from basic to complex networking solutions.
• Perform tactical and effective troubleshooting for Network & Security related issues from our customers and conduct root cause analysis.
• Experience in handling network migrations and implementation of the following:
  a. Campus network & Data Centre design (spine & leaf)
  b. Network Layer 2 technologies: VLANS, STP, Mac-Address filtering, storm-control, port-channel, etc…
  c. Network Layer 3 technologies: Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, etc), IPv6, ACL, etc…
  d. Next Generation Firewalls
• Familiarity of the following brands:
  a. Network: Cisco, Aruba
  b. Security: Palo Alto, Fortinet, Sophos
  c. Added advantage for Arista, Checkpoint, Juniper
• Must be independent to handle issues and tasks at hand.
• Must have the good spirit of accountability for all assigned tasks.
• Candidate must be able to response promptly to incident, investigate & Provide resolutions.
• After-hours and weekend work will be required, including participation in the department on-call rotation.
• Documentations of design, operation, and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures.
• Evaluate new technologies and platforms to determine their applicability to solving our business challenges and needs.
• Must be a team player – provide guidance and contribute new improvement ideas to team.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills (Verbal & written).
• Proficient in English.
• 6-8 years’ experience in design and configure complete enterprise network (router, core and access switches, firewall).
• Possess CCNP / HP ASE / Aruba certification or equivalent (CCIE is an Advantage).
• Knowledge in structured cabling systems, network facilities, UPS etc.
• Able to work independently, as a cooperative participant in a team environment.
• Candidate must be able to travel (Travelling allowance provided with petrol & toll claims).
